Galway Music Residency has a simple but powerful mission. We exist to serve the people of Galway, providing opportunities for all to experience the joy of music in new and unexpected ways. We do this primarily for free and anyone is welcome at our activities. Because everyone has the right to listen to, learn about and love music.

Getting to disadvantaged communities and creating opportunities to experience classical music. I’m from a rural background and I didn’t hear the words classical music once through my primary and secondary education.
